Techniky šitia

Pohyby počas šitiamusia byť v súlade s normami. Obzvlášť najtenšie ihly a nite sa nesmú používať, aby nevznikali problému pri šití. Ideálne je používať triangulárne ostré "SD" ihly (vhodné pre semiš a technické šitie kože). Ak sa nepoužijú pri šití triangulárne ihly, je potrebné urobiť najskôr stehový test a skúška na roztrhnutie po zošití vzorky.

Pri šití treba uprednostniť tzv. "Clutched stitching". Informácie ako typ nite, ihly, frekvencia výmeny ihly, typ stehu, typ šijacieho stroja, sila stehu a počet stehov na centimeter sú veľmi dôležité, aby pri šití nezvnikali problémy. Šitie musí byť prevedené tak, aby nedošlo k poškodeniu textúry produktu. Požadovaného výsledku je možné dosiahnuť dodržaním týchto informácií. Všetky vyššie uvedené parametre šitia môžu ovplyvniť to, či budú pri šití vznikať akékoľvek problémy.

Nájdenie najvhodnejšieho stehu je úlohou výrobcu a spracovateľa textílií prostredníctvom vlastných nástrojov a prostriedkov, ktoré pri výrobe bežne používa. Nie vždy je možné nájsť vo výrobe požadované ideálne podmienky. Avšak, s malými zmenami, je možné zmeniť výsledok.

Clutched stitching types must be preferred in stitching techniques. Thread type, needle type, needle change period, linking method, machine type, stitching tension and number of strokes per cm choices are important for not to face with stitch ripping problems. Stitching must be done in a way to not to damage our product’s texture. The desired result can be reached through the most suitable application of these preferences. All of those aforementioned subjects can trigger its own problem.

Finding the most suitable stitching will be enabled with the trials and betterments done by the armchair manufacturing company’s own means. It is not always possible to find the desired ideal conditions in the production centers. However, with small changes, it is possible to change the outcome.
